In the 1960’s a cultural awakening and reconning converged and Barry McGuire warned us that we were on the Eve of Destruction as we entered the closing chapter of Victorian Equilibrium that unfolded in expansion after the world settled to disregard or embrace the wisdom, community and shared grace of the Great Enlightenment which emerged after the Renaissance, a recognition of the wisdom in what has been forgotten. Cat Stevens countered with his ability to ride the Peace Train, despite the narrative. Victorian Equilibrium included creation of the Bourgeoise and Middle Classes as scapegoats to disguise classism with creation more tiers of regulation, separation and division, that individuals felt free to opt into. If an attainable option of a Middle Class was available to each and all, classism would sustain as each found their role in their desired class structure but could disregard all others who do not opt in for the same class choices. This structure is unsustainable without destruction of separated classes yet has been the model since Roman and European expansion began in the method of divide and conquer to master authority over the world population and commerce. By creating division among the lower classes, they will fight each other over the power structure that will not martyr values nor leaders so will rise over the ashes. Such has been the quest of all global conquests to subdue native, natural and cooperative spirit to only support the power structure. We fall into the trap because we see no choices to avoid the system of regulation over the People. Abraham Lincoln founded a third political party against the powers of those who would put government over the People and declared before his death that “the government of, for and by the People, shall not perish from this earth, yet the two parties he challenged took charge of Reconstruction.

The time has shifted from the past into the current to the current into the future, as all waves ebb and flow. We are creating a new awareness in every Moment that not all will welcome as some must rest, recover and dream in slumber to fulfill their charge. To respect the path of each and all to serve Purpose of their charge is the goal of all societies that do not want to subdue the public interest under government and regulation narratives. The approach to suppress free will, free expression and liberty to do as each will to not impose over the will of any other to do the same is resounded in every founding document of the United States, formed during the stage of Enlightenment to improve with the Will of the People and precedent. To defend the rights of all has been written in the Laws of Man, under Natural Law, since the Magna Carta. All law out of Britain, Briton and European expansion is coded to Black’s Law Dictionary, second Edition, and subjected to Maritime Law. These structures of rigid control are collapsing now as people awaken to purpose, expression and personal control of intent and extent.
Those who look to the stars for guidance may note that this is the Eve of Awakening in the year of the Fire Horse as the first new moon being the New Moon of Aquarius, with lunar positioning that was last represented 363 years ago, as the Enlightenment sparked. Aquarius represents Resistance, revolution and completing the full cycle. This is the dawning of the Days of Aquarius as earth has just entered the new cycle of Aquarius. Astrologic cycles are about 26,000 years and each age definition lasts about 2160 years. The beginning of the stage can use several reference points but all are engaged for Aquarius as of this decade. The benefits serve all who recognize this as an opportunity to create a new narrative to drive the future, even if the astrological signs are disregarded. Not all have purpose to awaken and each must be allowed to resolve their charge by uniting for common ground, cooperation, coexistence and collaboration or the opposite to disburse charge to separation, decay, depletion and exhaustion. They are incompatible roads and we must let charges pass by without disruption or invite challenge, confrontation and violation in opposition of one another. None need harm any and none must accept offence from any they do not encourage. We can assume and presume cooperation in all things and this will require others to offend in offense of position or back down. Defense does not require violence, martyrdom or control/submission, we each are responsible to defend our charge, claim our roles and values and uphold at all cost of resistance each can bear.
The artists always carry the spirit of the individual to survive against the restraints to control love, creation, peace and harmony in pursuit of joy over profit, authority and regulation. The rules are always the system and the People are always in charge of the direction of the State of Regulation with the voice of power, change and regulation because the system is the regulation of the Will of the People and we always have authority to take charge if we work together and reliance on the system built in the past by flawed systems if we don’t. Before this Billie Holiday broke cultural lines to challenge authority to code as patriotism and replacing it with patriotism as carrying the spirit of the patriot, one who will defend the honor of all. With murder of underclass citizens being openly allowed if they challenged the narrative of authority. There is always a narrative of Authority, narrative of Culture and narrative of each individual. Billie stood her ground for the honor of the forgotten, displaced and disenfranchised.
There was an Iron Curtian dividing the world during the times plagued by World War challenging a One World Order as set after Napoleon’s conquest to unite France and Eurasia as one. The Berlin Wall was the visible divide for power in struggle. When the wall came down, hopes lifted and Leonard Cohen wrote “Democracy.”

The American Dream is real if there is an American Spirit in which to believe. This requires shared declared and defined values. This dream is losing because civics has not been taught in public school for 40-60 years as a course that instructs value design to focus on community, collaboration and cooperation. Decades before this, the American culture was guided by arts and the Disney Corporation warned of False Idealism in the short film, “Make Mine Freedom.” The Civil Rights Movement of teh 1960’s was to advance the ideals of freedom to all who had been disenfranchised regardless of class, creed, wealth, ideals and personal path. Capitalism was regaded as destructive to freedom and free enterprise.
These here United States were based on freedom for all to act within all rights of liberty for all to pursue purpose, with classism defined and set with exlusions for savages and vagabonds that refused to cooperate with Establishment rules and standards of operation. American Indians have been supressed of tribal, property, prayer, culture and ceremony by law and set due process. It was the intentions of the founders for society to evolve definitions of people, human dignity and rights of all with precedent of courts, legislation and the voice of individuals over all partied and lobbied interest. The pursuit to control the spirit of the native is displayed in government control over people by force of foreign system to sustain social values, protections and resources by constraint of Capitalist values. We know that Socialism and Capitalism cannot compete for primary valuation and one is only means to support the other. Society must align pursuit of values, ideals and priorities of legislation to let the rest self regulate by design of the system in the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.
